Shipping
Do you offer a processing upgrade?
Yes! Upon purchasing a processing upgrade, it will prioritize your order and ship out the SAME DAY if purchased before 12 PM PST. After 12 PM PST, the order will ship out the following business day.
However, all NAME SIGNS with a processing upgrade will be shipped NEXT BUSINESS DAY with standard shipping.
We take the utmost care to put out our best work, and we appreciate your understanding!

How long does it take to receive my order?
Our standard processing time is 5-7 business days and standard shipping is 3-6 business days.
If you are purchasing multiple pieces in the same transaction, all items will ship together according to the item with the longest processing time.
Do keep in mind that although we can control when the package leaves our warehouse and estimate the date of arrival, we cannot control USPS/FedEx/UPS shipping and any unforeseen delays!

Please note: A business day is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM PST local time, and excludes weekends and public holidays.
How long does it take to receive my order during the holidays?
Due to the holiday rush, our current processing time is 5-7 business days. Orders placed after 12/8/23 need expedited shipping in order to receive it before Christmas. Please message our team first before purchase for expedited shipping quotes.
What if there is an issue with delivery?
If the address is correct, then the next steps would be the following:
Keep in mind that it may be delivered soon. Sometimes an item’s tracking shows that it is delivered when the item is...
- still on the truck
- sitting at the local post office
- delivered to an incorrect nearby address
- delivered to a place on the property (ex. back door)
- someone has brought it into the home but not told the buyer
Please wait a few days to see if it will be delivered. Talk to your household and neighbors as well! It may have ended up in the neighbor's mailbox or gotten misplaced.
When you purchase Shiptection at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. You can deselect Shiptection at checkout if you do not wish to add package protection. Shiptection will either reorder your product for you or will refund the actual cost you paid for your item(s), excluding taxes and shipping.
Preorder Carousels
When do you open preorder?
Once our current in-stock inventory is sold out, preorders is available! Expected ship out date for preorder will be mentioned for each batch. For any order inquiries, please message us ahead of time!
When will my preorder arrive?
If you place (for example) a January preorder, your order will be expected to ship out in that month! Please review the listing's description to learn more when the current preorder is expected to ship out.
Custom Order
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! Please email us at hello@harperandlo.com for a quote.
Am I able to redesign an item I see listed?
Yes! Redesigning an item will incur additional fees which will include any necessary mock-ups. If you would like to move forward, we will send you a custom listing to pay the difference. Once purchased, the necessary mock-ups will be sent. Any additional revisions may incur additional fees.
Application Tips
How do I hang the wall decor?
We recommend using Blue-Tack, 3M Command velcro strips, or heavy duty double sided mounting tape to attach to a smooth surface on the wall – Harper & Lo is not liable for damages from adhesives to the wall/banner and cannot guarantee success.
