  • Advertising Partners: We work with advertising partners such as FaceBook, TikTok, and Google. For example, we utilize Facebook Custom Audiences and retargeting services provided by Facebook, Inc. ("Facebook"). Facebook collects data regarding your activity through the Facebook Pixel implemented on the Website and uses this to display Harper & Lo ads tailored to your interests on Facebook platforms.   • Analytis Partners: When you provide your personal information to us, we may make certain personal information available to certain third parties for analytics purposes, including but not limited to leveraging third-party tools and services to host, track, integrate, manage user's interests, usage pattern, and/or functionality available through our Website. We will only share your personal information with analytics partners for the improvement of our own service and/or to deliver the Harper & Lo services to you. We do not in any way sell your personal information to advertisers.
  • Inquiries and Legal Disclosure: We may disclose information about users of the Website when required to comply with law or legal process served on Harper & Lo; to protect and defend Harper & Lo's rights or property or the safety of our users or the public.

Access request rights

But only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. Agents must submit proof that the consumer has authorized them to act on their behalf. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request. Right to deletion of personal information

  • Upon receipt of a verifiable request for the deletion of personal information, Harper & Lo will take prompt action to delete the requested personal information from our records, subject to any applicable legal or legitimate business reasons that require us to retain certain data. We will confirm the receipt of the request within 10 days and aim to respond to verifiable requests within 45 days, as required by the CCPA.

Please note that certain exceptions may apply, allowing us to retain specific pieces of personal information if it falls under the categories permitted by the CCPA. These exceptions include, but are not limited to, the exercise of the right to free speech, compliance with legal obligations, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

In the event that we cannot comply with your deletion request, we will provide you with an explanation for the denial.

We usually act on Requests and provide information free of charge. However, in the event that we receive an excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded request, as determined at our sole discretion, we may charge a reasonable fee to cover administrative costs associated with responding to the request. Before applying any charges, we will notify you and provide an explanation of the basis for our decision.

No discrimination

You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for the exercise of your rights under the CCPA, and we will not discriminate against any consumer for exercising their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act.

Children's Guidelines 

Our website is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from, children under the age of thirteen (13). As a parent or guardian, if it is determined that such information has been inadvertently collected about anyone under the age of thirteen (13), please email us at hello@harperandlo.com, and we shall immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our system's database.
